Let's visit Punggol Pasar Malam for a Food Tour. This is a Night Market during Ramadan and not a Ramadan Bazaar. This market is also called Food Street as we find Chinese, Malay, Indian, Japanese, Taiwanese, Thai and Turkish food here. There's also sections for retail stalls, games stalls and a Kid's Amusement Funland. Feel free to leave a comment as I love to hear from you. Thank you for watching.

Jim, all my previous videos are on Ramadan Bazaars. This is neighbourhood night market where all types of food are sold. There is a greater variety here. Prices are cheaper too. I was offered free food and drink for the 1st time when the vendors realised that I will be posting video with them in it 😀😀

I love the challenge of filming the making process. It's not so easy. If there are no people buying, they will not make the food. If there are people buying, the people will be blocking the camera view. Have to keep saying 'excuse me' and wriggle my way to the front. Most customers don't mind ☺️

You are observant. Most food at pasar malams are deep fried. There are food that are cooked (noodles, Nasi Padang), panfried or steamed too.
