In the 1990s, a small coastal city in southern China called Binhai was plagued by a series of horrifying and brutal heists. Xu Zhengyang, an upright and fearless police officer from the northern region, arrived in Binhai to support the local criminal investigation team led by Captain Song Hai in solving the cases. Confronted with the audacious and vicious Zhuang Zhiqiang bandit group, who possessed exceptional anti-detection abilities, Xu and Song utilized their respective strengths and engaged in a thrilling battle of wits and courage. Ultimately, they successfully annihilated the formidable bandit group, led by Zhuang Zhiqiang.
