Punisher 2099 VS Realm Of Legends Winter Soldier - Marvel Contest of Champions 

I get why it's punisher 2099 because that how much hits it takes to beat rol winter soldier

His damage output isn't that great but If Seatin posted a video of OG Vision vs Winter Soldier the fight would also take a long time. Sometimes the damage of the champion isn't what makes them good or desirable.

I think this is an amazing champ personally. When he reaches his Overdrive it took a whole four 5-hit combo and two L1's to fill up just one bar of power and his damage went up by a huge amount when he reached Overdrive Mode as well.

I see a lot of people talking him being garbage, but he isn't. Yes correct his damage output is lower but he is a utility champ and WS solider was not the best champ to test him against. His battery charge does much more damage when he goes into overdrive and hit 100 percent giving his attack a higher boost, which was barely shown in the video because he kept draining the battery. Also he will work great against champs that heal as his battery will automatically put a heal block on them. You also forget his sp3 reduces the opponents power gain while disintegration is active. Another showcase is his his regen when lower 10 percent which if his battery is above 70 when this happens his regen is crazy. So don't focus on only his damage output there is more to him then what was shown.

Yes his damage is pretty average but you guys gotta realize on his Sp1 and sp2 he has like 10+ hits in each special. That's why his hit count is so high. But still. I think he needs bleed on that sp1.

To be honest,he would've beaten winter soldier faster if he used s2.that' his main damage ability

i don't think he is that bad, yes the damage output is bad but he still got some good utility, take a look at ghost rider..... the reason he hits a lot is because his special hit a lot not because his damage is too bad but still bad but ghost rider is a lot better

he's like a very weak Vision with much worse power control and just as bad dmg, no immunities. How can anyone call him good? Decent R5 can kill WS in 3 min. Vision is full immune, insane power control. This guy is like part CW, part vision, part Fixit, and the worst parts of each lol. Unless you just started this game you bring 1 laner (regen), 1 utility/power/immune depending on ur lane (vision or magik), and 1 damage or other good boss killer. This is is 1/3 of each in a bad way. If you were to solo war lanes maybe he's ok cuz he's partially ok at all 3 rolls but 3 different champs that excel at those 3 rolls no one would even think about using him. Only in tier2 cuz completely non spending team, but i've literally never seen him in attack in this tier, ever. Probably for a reason.

This guy is just tapping his screen! Wheres the skilled gameplay??? Hes not even using half of punisher's passives and abilities!! Read the description of his abilities and then play! Garbage gameplay...tap tap tap sp1 tap tap tap sp2....rinse repeat. Horrible.
