I love how the genshin creators who demanded harder content got introduced to PGR, got absolutely shat on by the game and then quit.

Man u spittin straight facts. I started at the Alpha and Kamui patch (launch) and it’s hella funny seeing these YTers get out skilled and then quit. Seeing how far the game has come and how it’ll keep getting better now in 2024 is gonna be crazy. Kinda wished they market their game more. I’m looking forward to this new year!

i only dropped the game after getting Apha CA because of work schledures. but i came back what made me fall in love with the game again was HAICMA , she's even hyperturned and everything. AS for the no demage runs , i was like " content creator have money to make the chars strong bablabla" in the beginning, since in this time far from PGR i passed through the "gacha universe" . but then i saw rexlent video where he shows his progress to fight "radiant marcher" with no hit , THAT video humbled me like nanamecha ultimate . my respects to the no hit SKKNs , and all players of PGR , stay MOTIVATED guys

You're spitting facts! So many players quit before even reaching mid-game and most of them got interested after watching some of these no-hit run videos, after getting the reality check. I just wish there were more people who came for the story.

I started PGR as my first gacha game a year ago( on No.21’s patch) and joined because of the NieR collab, And I have been motivated non stop ever since.

Tried for the gameplay. (Scire's Patch) Stayed for: •Story (It's a lot of reading but worth it) •Character's Gameplay (Best) •Boss Fights (Hype even more after I saw Cradle's movesets!) •Music (🔥)

Came for music (thanks Max0r), stayed for lore and gameplay

I've been playing this game on and off since reveries with a whale and only stuck hard to playing every day since like the end of noan's patch and the start of balter's patch. I realize that before my main issue was that trying to get things was way too much of a chore vs now where they've streamlined the hell out of the game and i can actually sit down andnplay the characters i want and practice stuff like no-hit runs against tons of bosses. The game is really great and after a while i started to care about the story. That's just how i do things tho. I hook on to gameplay first and story after, but damn if this isn't a cool story. The sad part is that it's incredibly slow and the commandant player character is a bit of a mary sue feeling type of thing that eventually becomes a proper character that i honestly feel shouldn't be me the player. Because i genuinely enjoy the interactions between the commandant and characters later on in the story vs early on. Point is. The story is deff not the best at showing the good bits to help keep you invested in the early sections of it, but it does it's best. Anyways at least i can say that with the next couple of updates we'll have ourselves a hell of an influx of players to easily bolster our warzone and pain cage ranks

I started playing this game since the end of October to the start of number the reason I started playing the game because of alpha she’s my favorite and the game isn’t really hard and building your character is really fun I have like 23k black cards and planing to get more I agree with you about there’s people who start playing pgr and then quit the game because they been doing some mistakes but to me pgr is my second favorite game and I really enjoying it your video is indeed good and very excited for crimson weave because she’s really close

Yeap exactly, u called us out 😅 I too came to get alpha Nd I Just started this month to save for her but holy they have alot of great character Nd when I saw future I I was stunned aslia is amazing, free and even have a free JoJo skin 🗿, No 21 new frame, noctis who I can't believe is a A rank 💀 with that high quality gameplay, BRS 🤝, Nd Watanabe new prairate like frame. I'm truly hyped (Hopefully I will get alpha cause I just spent my beginner BC on hyper Lee 😅)

Each time I see gameplay from pgr I am just like this game must be worth playing. Thank you to keep performing like that on this it really make the game looks quite attracting. I guess I must fairly give it a try now

I came for Alpha, been on the game for about a month, Lvl 78, she will be mine! and I,m getting her weapon, I dont care about other characters, they will come in time. I passed 15k black cards yesterday.

Well, I've started around the last Week of Balter's patch, and sadly didn't get her, so my motivation dipped a little, but other than that I'm still going for the gameplay. God bless those modes like Recitato and now the Simulacrum that allow you to use characters you don't have. I have to admit one thing that really reduces my motivation a little with the game, having the currency to summon characters but not to get their weapons, and the only way to get 5*s without wasting BCs is to do multi, which cost serum, which I want to use to continue the story... it's kinda sad how the maximum energy you get right now is 160 and you don't even recover in full after leveling up. They definitely could and should reduce the serum requirements for some of the earlier portiions of the story (maybe up until chap 20 would be a good point)

Thats why i love pgr fun menchanics,animations, smooth combat (imo), and challanging content that you can be competitive about with friends and a majority of the unitys are good and can be used in high difficulty content. And if your patient and look at the future units and content you can figure out which units to pass up and whom you should pick up

I've been motivated for over a year now so "I am READY"

I started playing in September 2022 only because i wanted to get No21, now i’ve been farming for the entire lightning team for alpha CW and have enough pulls to SS3 her, im saying that if you are motivated, you can do it

Alpha was what made me play this game since day 1 launch until about Luna's launch. When Noan came out it CN it reignited my love for the game and ever since ive been addicted cause of the combat and story. This game is pretty fun, and since Alpha pretty much always has a place in my heart, I'm def going to CW. Also your comment about Ayako Kawasumi is SO FUCKING TRUE! Shes my FAVORITE seiyu and is one of the reasons why i tripple S Balter.

Hi, that was nice video. Although my enrollment in pgr started with hearing the frozen darkness ost from CN (not the no hit things, I’m not watching Glb contents normally) I also practiced bosses’ movements by getting hit from all of their patterns this and that way to figure out all of the hitboxes when I was a rookie - Took 6hours straight to note all things in average per bosses and continue restarting on and on until successful no hit run. Nowadays I tilted my interest onto warzone and ppc which cares about element resistance, qte timing, bug movements etc blahblah, and there was still much to learn until I reached to some extent of enlightenment. But yeah, If the rookie in this game want to survive, there should be three choices, 1. Being motivated to the specific char or stories 2. Crawling deeper into game mechanics 3. Be patient And the third one is frankly hard for most ppl to put into practice, which is also pgr’s fatal flaw. Not the user’s fault. I honestly want Kuro take care more about Typos in the stories, but that won’t be come true cuz all of the servers are suffering from same typo issue even though its CN server 😂

Fair points all around, only thing I'd say is people were definitely "motivated" but they just lacked the actual commitment. The motivation is what got them to try the game out at the very start. Edit: I've been commited since I saw CrimsonWeave back in early November and I almost have enough to guarantee her, her weapon and cub!

Meanwhile me getting bianca on the begginer base banner at 40 pity and 6 her 6 star weapon on 20 , obtaining rosetta and luminance from s selectors afterwards , and then getting motivated ... sss lux now , saved up for weave weapon and pet , get garnet from the new s selector we get in cw patch , meanwhile farming matterials for lightning team in next patch ... rng gods with me

wow im surprised that there are people who spend over 400 dollars on a game maybe even 20k on a game and then they see alpha they join the game and then dont wait and grind for her and then never come back i have been waiting for her since pc support on Nanami Mecha update started back when the game came to global left and never came back until pc support and then blanc i saw his video of alpha and that gave me motivation for this long long long wait and now she is less then a month away and im a free to play and then black rock shooter is about 7 or almost 6 months away and i love brs i guess i have true motivation to get alpha as a free to play

i am not just motivated i have enough motivation to go beyond SS rank crimson weave (though it will probably be better to get 21 instead of more copies) ive also played maplestory and black desert so the grind for Black Cards in PGR is effortless to me

a motivation can easly come and go thats happend that fake motivatied ppl (also i too got motivation blanc and rexlent no hit videos),but im playing since april and my motivation is unbroken cuz PGR is a gem for a hardcore player who want chellenging.

The difficulty isnt an issue for me and ive stuck around and played everyday this year but to get good you have to put in part time job hours and idk if I can do that lol.

I can say I’m pretty M O T I V A T E D to get lucia cw and saving my bc to get her already waiting for 3-4 months

I've play this game since launch and never quit still playing till today, and i just got my hand on CN version of the game and i can say she's worth it. She's basically 99% of your lightning team. Her field time is crazy you can expect her to alway go into full combo every time she's hit the field and even when she's done her combo its only took 5s for her to go back and doing the combo again. As for me i skip every single character after karenina. So i can get Alpha, SSS BRS ( Black rock shooter), and Qu Shukra also Teddy. Why need Lee when you have SSS BRS. I have both on CN account and im still using my SSS BRS instead of Lee.

I remember as a new player saving my bc so I could get bianca: sigma. The waiting was hell. But I loved the hard gameplay and was excited for the future characters. Thank God I quit genshin and found this.

but S0 characters are weak? I'm also saving for crimosn weave but want it at least on SSS. I invest something but I wouldn't have any motivation for a S rank character. Yes, you can get them on SS through splinters or something, but that's about it

That’s the problem with returning to gacha games. Even if you return you got to put in the work / rush and PGR even more than the average. Yeah the best time to come back they can start learning and saving up bc cause it takes time to build up consistency.

lol mtash...also i played at launch never quit. got basically all ons up to this point cuz month BC pass. i too press skip story :l also think it doesn't matter if people start this game late? they have an option to save for gen 2 characters which kinda power creeps the other limited banner characters
