Harry please take Sonam to Udupi or Dharmasthala. They have free lunch there like we have in our Langar in Gurudwara. You get the best vegetarian food in Mangalore. The Udupi food is superb. Also the fish dishes in Mangalore is great. Check it out Hariya.
Ghee is use like tomoto Ketchup. Is it original or made from hydrogenated vegetable oil or palm oil. ??????? I am concerned. about heart health 💝. Stay safe ✌️ I have question. What you kept calling KURMA is SAAGU for us. Generally, it is served with POORI or SET DOSA. If you visit some hotels in Bengaluru... you get SAAGU MASALA DOSA. In north, almost everywhere you get POORI BHAJI, but here in south we are used to POORI SAAGU. Similarly, SHEERA / SHIRA is KESARI BATH in Kannada, sweeter version. Spicy flavour is UMPA / UPPIT / KHARA BATH. Together served, KESARI & KHARA BATH is called CHOWCHOW BATH. Think what you missed out in Karnataka is RAWA IDLY AND MYSORE PAK
