This is such a sad song. I love how you kept the meaning but added more genuine anger, the kind someone desperate would feel if the lyrics were true and they were utterly emotionally defeated, or torn. The way you say "This IS how I feel!" Struck me as someone who was trying but failing to communicate and perhaps others see them as not trying. Yes, this definitely has what the original just didn't have for me.

Big fan of Natalie here, and I've got to say this is one of the best, if not the only, rendition of the song where I can see the rawness of that song not killed but boosted. Awesome job, guys!

I don't care if they didn't put this as a punkversion on Punk goes 90's. This is the best cover of Torn I have ever heard. The way the singer pronounces the sentences and slightly changed the lyrics hit me deep. Also glad that the band didn't went overboard with technical riffs and effects since this enhances the emotional atmosphere of the song.
