That's what I thought when I saw the Snape's memory potion. And they still have NOT refunded people from the Hagrid's Trunk they did either. (which is a shame as they were high-quality products). Thankfully I got my money back through my bank.

@@potterpoppet5515 Yeah. If you look at their last Instagram post, people are still commenting on it about still not receiving responses to emails for the missing refunds. 😔
