Yes, it was about $260 CAD for two of us. We got a golf cart ride from the plane to a lounge, we gave them our passports and they got them stamped while we waited, they also went and got out bags. When done, they took us and our bags to the car. It was a special event for us and nice to try one, but I wouldnt do it again. I dont mind the line and waiting for bags, and the bus ride from the plane is not too bad.
No YYZ by Rush playing on take off? LOL I am sorry but that VIP service is not worth it to us. We get a porter and we are out of the airport in 20 minutes at most. Also that resort you stayed at is too big. Ours is a walking resort. No Golf carts needed.
Rush would be a sweat background for this. I didn't think the vip was worth it either, they had trouble finding our bags. It was fun to try though. The porter sounds like a good idea, how much to you pay them, and do they skip that last x-ray for the checked bags? The resort we were at was part of a large complex. the golf cart ride is only from the taxi trop off to the resort, It's quick small and close to the beach, we didnt use a cart for the rest of our stay, except to go home.
