Sir, height guage ka lest count 10 micron hai aur 1 micron ka puppy dial lagaya hai to in dono ke combination ka lest count kya hoga???

If the puppy dial is fixed on the height gauge at some position then the variation can be read upto 1 micron for features like flatness, roundness, straightness, inspection of a jobs with a particular height etc. But when measuring height with lever arm dial indicator then the dial only acts as a contact pressure sensing element and we read height from main and Vernier scale of the height gauge for which our least count will be the least count mentioned on the height gauge. Hope this helps.

Suppose I zero the dial at some place. Then I move the object , it goes to 20. Is the difference 20 microns ? or what ?

Not 20 but 200 as each division is 10 micron.

Jese ki aapne micrometres dekhe honge usme bhi 50 tk reading hoti hai or uss circular scale ko ghuma ghuma ke he aage add ketre rehte hai jese ki ek revolution equals to 0.5mm or 2 revolution equals to 1mm or 10 revolution equals to 5mm to ager hume 10 mm tk jana ho sirft 1 revolution me to bohot he bada circular scale hona chahiye jo ki possible nahi hai isi tarah se dial me bhi hota hai 10 se 50 tk fir baki aage 50 ke baad fir se 10 gaue to vo 60 ho jata hai fir aage 20 pr 70 ager 70, ,80 or 100 150 hoga to dial bohot bada ho jayega ya fir dial ke gears bohot chote chote or fine banane padenge jo ki costly bhi ho jayega
