i had a black lab about 14 years ago. they are very good with children. lots of energy so you have to let them run every day. they really like playing with a frisbe
Oh it’s time to chew proof the home, my chocolate lab, chewed on drywall, brought a potted outdoor plant into the house, via the dog door. Yes it’s like having a toddler running loose in the house. Oh also consider stove knobs, we came home to gas in the house, his nose smelled the remnants of a prior meal on the stove. He’s 11 now and a pure joy most of the time.
@@tedcity5861 oh yes, I quit buying expensive remote replacements, found a cheap generic, that did 70%. Our Brittany is 3 yrs old and still steals socks mainly and occasional under garment. Stands on the outside with the chase me wiggle.
This wasn’t my boy, Bomber. Yellow hunting Lab. He was like, nobody’s going to handle me and be unopposed! Turned him upside down and he fought like a demon. Now he’s 90 pounds of concrete block. Best hunter, can’t be stopped by anything, not cold, never tired, unstoppable. Not that obedient in the house, though… More or less does what he wants when he wants unless you get really serious with him! I’ve had a lot of Labs and this one takes the cake. Never had one like him, never will again. 😊
These babies know they're about to be split up. They're uncertain and sad. I had to give away some pups for a friend many years ago, and they each knew what was happening. The last two looked so unhappy. They knew they wouldn't see each other again. But I know, once they were in their new homes, they were getting happy again - just like Woody.
And 20 shoes, 400 socks, 100 chew toys, 50 Christmas ornaments, 176 pieces of halloween candy , a remote control, couple of cushions later he turns 2 and stops destroying things!!! MAYBE....
@@gbhxu is a dog not a dog? I’d have a dog at least on a par with a human. It’s not for you to decide how the uploader titles there post. You have narcissistic tendencies
Mein Snoopy den ich von Geburt an kannte war überhaupt nicht traurig konnte ihn mit 7 Wochen mitnehmen.War aber auch so das ich ihn täglich betreut habe. R.I.P Snoopy geboren 2.3.2001. Verstorben 10.1. 2016.
My Wife cannot watch these videos because they make her think of our lost Chocolate Lab,Seamus. We had him from a pup and he lived to be 13 when we lost him two years ago.He was such a great fella to know and sweet. We are too old to have another. They have a lot of energy in the first 8 to 9 years of life and they deserve a young family to play with them.We will always love Chocolate Lab pups ,they are absolutely the cutest creatures God ever got Humans to breed.
What a difficult choice that would be. Good to know for sure that Woody got a wonderful home. He's so adorable, irresistible! Can't wait to see all his adventures. ❤
I have raised 3 Lab pups and I highly recommend using those Ex-pens that the puppies were in. I put some linoleum scraps down, doggies bed, safe chew toys etc. At first the pup will cry when you walk away but eventually it becomes their safe space and as long as its not too big they wont go potty inside the pen....good luck!
I like that they got a good block head…..and are very curious! We had several dogs but our favorite was a Chesapeake Bay Retriever! Chelsea Belle Bonnette, my girl ❤❤❤❤
