There’s a reason why boars head towards water. they drown the dogs. Hence the reason it back up near the water, the dog latches on, then pigs head into the water & dogs can’t breath, dog drowns.

hughvane Thank you ! I guess down under you got some problems with wild pigs ! Many here are not really wild boars but wild domesticated pigs that get loose in Hurricane or some other ways and they kept breeding and they find food all over as they are omnivores like people so they eat meat or dead animal and almost anything that is not plastic ! They chew even the tree bark if they have to to survive ! So they also quite intelligent animals and they memory is good cause that is the only defence they have in this world ! And as that pig showed it they are excellent swimmers and if they get a gold of a dog or a human arm or feet or hand they can bite very hard and capable of biting even a finger off ! They are tough animals and they survive almost in any conditions ! But it give me a laugh cause a couple years back they had a reality show of some southern folks who were wild pig hunters even an old man with his daughter and son trio ! Those hill billys and they were funny to watch how stupid they were ! lol Thanks again !
