पुरणपोळी छान झाली आहे, I can imagine the aroma of fresh puranpolis which wafts across the entire house and the entire household looks forward to relishing them with ghee….yummy 😋 The only ingredient missing is सौंठ or dry ginger, which when added to the पुरण, helps in digestion as these पोळीs are rather heavy to digest

कुणाल जी आपकी रेसिपीज की फैन हूं। लेकिन यदि आपने महाराष्ट्रियन पूरण पोळी बनाई है तो इसकी शुरुआत से रेसिपी गलत है। दाल को भिगोना नहीं पड़ता। दाल यदि पूरी सॉफ्ट निकले कूकर से तो उसे पीसना भी नहीं पड़ता। हल्दी का इस्तेमाल बिलकुल नहीं होता। दाल या आटा किसी में भी नहीं। गरम दाल में गुड या शक्कर मिलाने से स्टफिंग बहुत जल्दी तैयार हो जाती है। आटे की लोई स्टफिंग से आधी ली जाती है। मतलब जितना स्टफिंग हो उससे आधा आटे की लोई हो। आटे को भटूरे के मैदे जितना नरम गूंथा जाता है। जब बेलते हैं तो उस समय लगाने के लिए चावल के आटे का इस्तेमाल होता है। इसे परांठे जैसा मोटा नहीं बल्कि बहुत पतला बेला जाता है। और आखिर में यदि गरम खाना हो तो घी लगाकर सेंका जाता है। यदि ठंडा रखना है तो दोनों तरफ से बिना घी के ही सेंकते हैं। हां, शक्कर या गुड दाल से डेढ गुना ज्यादा लिया जाता है। तो ये है असली पूरण पोळी की रेसिपी।

Don't use termaric in puran , ghee milk with puranpoli & katachi amti with rice is the best combination ,we are maharashtrian ,satorya with milk & yedmya with curd is also famous dishes in Maharashtra
