I think the culture of gunji garbyang is similar to this

This part of Tibet is adjacent to Ladakh and the Costume / dress has some minor similarities with Ladakh but more like tibetan as it is.

And they had mentioned the Tang Dynasty (Chinese) influence in their dress .I don't see any similarities with china at all. Totally Rubbish.

Purang was once part of ladakh kingdom that’s why it looks same as our traditional dress
