He has captured the pathos of parting, and used the same notes as were used in the original song with amazing grace and dexterity of imagination. Tagore was a genius. If only he had been born in this age of media, it might have been truly wonderful.

Can't agree more with Imsu Toshi.i have had similar experiences with this song..as with other songs sung by this maestro.was a child when they were played in the background at home..the words unfold deeper meanings now in today's fast paced world.
