When you are yet to unlock the Regional or International Level it will ask for SP, once you complete it, you got to only pay wollors to purchase the contract

@@jay0931 You can get contract capacity when you unlock a gate/stand and also when you reach a level. If you want more capacity then you gotta spend silver planes
