Please try again and post your success video URGENT and make sure to insulate your ignitor with the hho inlet at the air intake manifold on the model engine. The cracking noise indicates that the spark of your ignitor can reach the hho gas stream at the intake makeshift foam filter since the ignitor is not stable and air gap between the two the cooling fins and the intake hho is very small.
