The colours are actually representing the archons, the green and swing is Nahida with Sumeru npcs, light green and a lyre for Venti with Mondstate npcs the Raiden pose and purple for Inazuma and finally the mora and gold for Liyue.

So fitting for Furina, she is such a theatre kid. Now.... I need her and Venti together for an event.....

Gotta love Furina's headcanons that she has about the cast. Especially that Childe dropkick near the end. Love the little detail during the swing part where she is impersonating Venti, Zhongli, Ei, and Nahida. Looking forward to see how Act 5 will be May all Furina wanters be Furina havers.

What a fun demo! The ways Furina plays around with cinematic moments with friends from Fontaine? C'est magnifique!

Those scenes with other characters acting are kinda like references to some of the iconic scenes that happened in the game: 1. Childe running away from melusines is a reference to Katherine running from Eremite mercs. 2. Neuvi and Navia is referencing the Venti and Signora scene. 3. The Twins are obvious. 4. The Clorinde and Wrio scene is referencing the Traveler vs. Signora or Traveler vs. Ei scene.

When we first got lore about the Hydro archon, I thought she'd be stuffy and holier-than-thou. But wow, I have loved this gremlin theatre kid since we first met her. Please, Hoyo, let her and Fischl just go to town and chew on the scenery together some day! xD

The part where she's swinging isn't supposed to represent gacha rarities from what I can tell, she's actually imitating the different archons, and the crowd is a different country each time! The colors represent the countries!

This demo is full of references. For example, the whole inverted personalities part from 2:08 can be interpreted as Furina making a movie based on the previous archon quests: -- Childe running from the Melusines is a reference to Liyue where the Traveler was runnning from the Milelith after Rex Lapis' death (starring Childe as Traveler and Melusines as Millelith) --The Navia Neuvilette scene is a reference to Mondstadt, when Signora takes the gnosis (starring Navia as Signora, Neuvilette as Traveler and Melus / Silver as Fatui agents) --The Liney and Lynette scene is less obvious but it can be interpreted as acting out the Sumeru quest (starring Lyney as Nahida and Lynette as Grand Sage Azar) --The Freminet Furina scene is probably a reference to Fontaine Act 5 whereby Focalors is delivered death sentence, as seen in the livestream (starring Freminet as Focalors and Furina as....the guillotine?) --And finally the Clorinde VS Wriotheslay is a reference to the duel in Inazuma (honestly it could be any of the duels like Traveler vs Signora | Traveler vs Ei | Ei vs Raiden Shogun during her 2nd story quest)

Imagine a Summer event where Furina, Venti and Fischl Direct a Movie Together. That would be Lit for all the Extra characters to come together for an Extra, Extra Movie Event.

of course Furina's demo had to break the mold for all character osts with the vocals. I feel like that could be lore accurate to how she would deceive fate cuz she would dare to be bold. If she's gonna die, she's gonna go out with style (but I really hope she doesn't)

Cyan is Venti's and Furina holding a Lyre , Purple for Raiden and Furina copied the Meditating scene from Raiden and ofc Gold to brown-ish Background and Furina throws Mora for Morax/Zhongli. Also the crowd Changes to the respected region. Nice little details are always welcome.

She's instantly become my favorite character, I believed she's getting massive W next archon quest where she's fooled the Heavenly Principle/Fate. FURINA NATION BABY!

I was waiting for you UD because you will geek out on this demo. My take is that this is a tribute to the history of film and theater from Louis Le Prince to the silent film era of Charlie Chaplin, the burlesque/cabaret time. This is magnificent! Bravo! Viva Furina de Fontaine! Viva la Fontaine!

if i had to explain Furina demo in one world it would be: SPLENDID!

I've notice something when she swinging The first one she mimicking Nahida with the swing while Sumeru NPC are watching The second one she mimicking Venti with the lyre while Mondstadt NPC are watching The third one she mimicking Ei with her meditation pose while Inazuma NPC are watching The last one she mimicking Zhongli and throwing Mora's while Liyue NPC are watching And the background color match every nation also

after she threw the mora away, the fifth swing is her throwing her hat at the crowd foreshadowing that she's going to give away her status/position as an archon? they even put a beam of spotlight on the hat, which "draws" all of the audience's attention to it.

Fr no one does it like Hoyo did, they're so extra for this. The pose, the smug, the chaos etc I love it lol

I just read on my Genshin group, someone said, those action sceens were Furina's call back to our adventure Childe's running away from the Melusine was calling back to when he saved us in Liyue Navia was Signora, and her mans capturing Neuvillette like with Venti in the prolouge Clorinde and Wriothesly duel was the Traveller and Signora duel in Inazuma Not sure about the other two, But Lyney and Lynette sceen maybe calling back to Nahida's in Sumeru, or even our Traveller's twin and Freminent might be how we will unmask someone, or something, in Fontaine XD

Oh yeah, FYI, starting with 4.1 trailer and Neuvillette's trailer, Genshin's Japanese YT channel has also started subtitling the trailers with official subtitles in a bunch of languages. (As well as localizing the video titles and description) Sadly the same has not been done for the CN and KR YT channel though. Honestly, HOW HAS IT TAKEN 3 YEARS FOR HOYO TO DO THIS?!?!
