@@Shmancyfancy536 Not at all. The NFL will do nothing to help manufacturing or any scaling up. Kyle mentioned in other interviews that she's already been swamped with many offers from manufacturers. The NFL would simply provide their licensing to allow her to use the NFL logo, and perhaps their fonts for names and numbers, etc. NFL licensing is needed by sellers who want to claim their jerseys and team jackets, etc., are authentic teamwear. But she's not claiming NFL authenticity - just the opposite in fact, since she is making custom garments of her own design and not claiming them to be NFL teamwear.

@@Shmancyfancy536 Yes, she needs partners to sell at scale, but she doesn't need the NFL as much as they need (want) her (money). She doesn't at all need to sell in "their" (NFL affiliated) stores. There are MANY clothes stores and chains offering to be distributors. The only question in my mind is if the NFL has any legal basis to force her to be licensed by the NFL. If she doesn't use the NFL logo or claim to be authentic NFL teamwear then the only legal claim I can think the NFL MIGHT be able to make is on the use of their fonts for the player name and player number. Her designs are her own - she's not copying a NFL garment. They can't claim a color as theirs. She's not even using a team name anywhere on her garment. The player name and number font(s) is the only thing the NFL MIGHT have a right to - and she could easily alter the font a bit, it seems to me. She hasn't even decided if she WANTS to sell them at large scale, according to Kyle. She already owns her own successful (lower scale) boutique clothes business, but is a young wife and probably wants to have kids, etc. She's not necessarily trying to become a huge businesswoman mogul. She already has millions through her husband.
