I have a similar deck, but I do not play traps and pots. I only run boardbreakers (Kurikara, Alpha, Gameciel, Ultimate slayer). I also run the Shinobirds, Preparations and the Floo continuous trap (which fixes my hand or helps me get rid of annoying cards with my 2 tributes monsters).
That sounds quite interesting! Do you have a plan of not dying in the battle phase following your Lord of Sword wipe? I love Morganite but it stops me from using Battle Fader
@@HeyIamPaddy it is a going second deck, so the plan is to break the board. Then there are many options 1) otk 2) yata lock 3) Imano lock 4) Hino-Kagutsuchi hand rip. If you are forced to go first, it is just Bagooska pass, or bagooska+Imano pass (lock). I was running the spirit trap, but it barely worked cause it isn't searchable and it is easy to get rid of before the battle phase.
My struggle is that after i do the lord of swords wipe everything and i can't otk, which is usually the case, im left completely open and if my opponent has anything to play there is a good chance i get otk'd. Can't really use traps, cause everything is shuffled back
@@HeyIamPaddy Lord of Swords is only a win condition against stun or Runicks. That is why I run Shinobirds: being able to summon Iwato or Yata from deck is rather the wincon. The only way Tsumuha wins you the duel is 1) if it helps you to deal enough damage or 2) you have a way to summon and attack with Hino-Kagutsuchi to discard opponent's hand.
@@HeyIamPaddy oh yeah don’t get me wrong I loved the spirits and what not that was hella funny watching them stomp the meta 🤣 but I just dislike the common get out of jail cards like Zeus, Barrone etc, they get very boring seeing them in every duel and in decks that don’t need them
