I totally agree! I’m disabled so I make many mistakes but what are you going to do? Just try to do the best you can and maybe tomorrow you come up with a solution!! Love the Purple!!!

Thank you so much!!! Old me would've tossed it aside and never looked at it again. BUT i've learned over the years to just walk away for a couple of days, and come back to it when I'm not so stressed out about it. And if I still don't like it, well then I'll take it apart and use my papers for something else.

Nicole: there weren’t any mistakes made. You can’t really make any mistakes when creating a journal or glue book. It just always comes together. Relax, create and just enjoy the process. Trust me, it always works out. I’m much older than you, and I do know this as a fact. Carol from California

There are no mistakes, just happy accidents as old Bob Ross would say... All easily fixed, we all do it and loving the purple, I already have one myself as I love purple. My one rule is that each page must have purple on it too 😁😁 💜💜💜

Love this. This was my best friend's favourite colour, purple. She passed away three weeks ago. I wanted to make a purple journal in her honour. Your journal has given me lots of great ideas. Thank you Nicole. ❤

I’ve finally gotten a kickstart on my first glue book, and I’m addicted! It’s so much fun and it’s a great way for me to chill in the evenings. Plus, I’ve taken your lead and have added a lot of humor.😂 It’s fun to cut out logos for luxury lines like Stella McCartney, Versace, Tom Ford, and Chanel, and then glue the “mini brands” logo at the top center. 😂😂 I cracked myself up with that one.

Purple is my favorite color! Nicole, I don’t know if you have Aldi in your area but I was there yesterday and saw a box of wall collage cardstock. I bought two boxes and have found they make great covers and backgrounds. Colorful scenes and Black and White. There are 30 in a box and I think they are 6 x 8. I am using them for notebooks with spirals. Just $3.99 a box.

I'm not a purple fan either. This is pretty though. Mistakes happen. Then we fix them or cover them up or not worry. No big deal. I will say the last journal I made got messed up. My sweet, lovely dog decided she did not like the way I sewed it. So she some how very delicately chewed through the embroidery floss and most of it came out; my pages are just fine. Honestly, I'm kind of glad. I haven't sewn it back yet, and it's so much easier to use as an art journal.

YES CHRIS!!! That is exactly what I was going to say!!! They used to prop dead people up and take photo's of them, and that is exactly what they remind me of!
