Purple Smokey Eye - Techniques with pencils for smaller, hooded and/or crepey eyes 

The focus here is technique. Making smaller eyes appear larger, outlining the shape with pencil liners. My shaping "secret" for hooded lids (inverted "V"). Patience, blending, adjusting.
