I really love purplle ❤️❤️❤️ in my case I have never got any fake products or any damaged products or bad packaging... And most of the time I have got my products before shipping date... So I always prefer purplle ❤️❤️❤️

I don't think so but I like to shopping from purple because it's so helpful and it have so much discounts on this app😊❤ and I also ordered so much products like 4000rs above products... And purples products is so amazing and I love that and packaging also good😊 if you are a school going girl or college going girl you can choose from purple eye because it's so affordable and amazing products 😊😊❤

Purplle par Mam Maine foundation order Kiya Tha but wo aya nhi Maine money refund option use krli hai .wah keh rhe hai ki 2 din baatya gye Kiya ho gya .money refund ho to ho jiye gyi na..bcoz expensive foundation tha..

Ap khi se bhi purchase kr skte ho bs product details read krlena ki vo original ho and purple ki packaging ka kafi issue arha h abhi to keep that in mind also go through the reviews! It will help you a lot

First time I m getting products from purple;worst packaging and get some free sample products from good vibes. And the hand santizer leaked all my products are damaged with that . Thrn I m report to that purple but no response . Then I m not use that app. Changed ti Nykaa

That's no a good experience they should be responsible enough to take care of the stuff they are sending.Once i had an issue with my lipstick shade but the problem was solved that's why I recommend purple...though Nykaa is also not a bad option they have a huge variety of products!

But nykaa is also a fraud company. Recently I purchased 4000 rs. Product and they sent some wrong product and not accepting it. I have tried my levels best , i have shared all possible images of the product which I have got but they are continuously saying only one thing that we have dispatched correct items . And refused to change the product . Like this they have taken 4000 rs. And behaved badly too .
