It can be by God speaking to you or you having a prompting of the Holy Spirit and But you need to be sensitive to His spirit. But my advice is to ask God, "when am I to launch out?. But you must already know your purpose before asking for when to launch out. Lastly, purpose is fulfilled in phases. This means you'll be moving from one level to another in the same purpose. Just genuinely close to God, you'll see him revealing your answers to you, again you have to be sensitive, because he can speak to you anywhere. God bless your heart
