It should not be throwing out water with the steam you might have over filled the water tank.......the steam alone should be coming out and also it looks like the hand wand sticks to the fabric and that too is not so good.....especially on cotton.......it should glide across and the steam alone should not make your garment that wet so that you have to wait for it to dry.....you should be able to steam and wear withing 5 minutes after steaming...but thanks for your video!
