History does repeat itself again. Now in 2024, Drake made the same mistake by first putting family into a rap beef with Kendrick Lamar. Messed up with the Black Culture by saying Kendrick “rapping like he about to free the slaves “. I believe Drake does not represent the Black Culture.
That's why I keep telling everybody. Drake. Has a daughter Kendrick is not lying? When that girl was 2 years old, Drake did an interview? Okay, and they congratulated him on his daughter. He had pictures of him and his daughter. . This is 2024 his daughter should be 11 years old. FACT, I believe drake immediately had it all scrubbed
3 things Drake stans are saying: 1. Pusha T is irrelevant 2. He went too far 3. He's a snitch. It's actually entertaining seeing how upset they are lmaoo🤣
x moses the point is that he put on blackface to make a paycheck not to make a message. Had he put black issues in his music the blackface would have been in character.
The way pusha t talks about his thought process, I just realized what drake was trying to do in the Heart Part VI. He was trying to imitate what worked on him and go back into Kendrick’s history to find a source for his behavior the way Pusha T and Kendrick did to him. But it didn’t work, because Drake doesn’t get it. If he had the ability to analyze people at that level, he wouldn’t be the man he is bc he woulda already figured his own shit out and gotten his act together. And he never did that, so now people that really did that work are making him pay the price.
You are spot on with this! Also how did you analyze Drake so well, esp with that "he wouldn’t be the man he is bc he woulda already figured his own shit out and gotten his act together." bit? Asking bc I want to have a high skill level in dissecting who people are the same way Pusha, Kendrick. and you did.
Mad respect for Pusha T for going the extra mile and putting this much thought and effort into figuring out the best way to destroy Drake. This is genius work.
That's why he explained it for the slow folks in the back! PUsha won let's be clear if he talked about my family like that couldn't nobody tell me not to reply. What could he lose since he got so much money! PUsha was drug dealer, that nigga ain't broke trust. Drake is scared and he should be!
Barbie Doyle Push was barely a drug dealer his own brother confirmed that. And Drake had everything to lose by responding. The Person at the top always has more to lose then the person who isn’t.
@@Rosepapi okay and like I said if someone dissed my whole existence you dam rite I'm responding! What could Drake lose! He already lost his credibility with that black face! Nothing can explain that! All you Drake fans keep talking about money and record sales. Yeah he got all that and he still ain't happy. Drake and he is suppose to be such a good guy and running around raw dogging strippers and porn star? Drake took the L as he should!
Barbie Doyle Lol is she a stripper or a pornstar. Do you know Drake personally to say whether or not he is happy and I know I don’t know where every niggas dick has been. Drake just got unlucky and got her pregnant. My point is that out of the battle Drake had more to lose then Push. Did I say Drake won the battle? Idk why you getting so emotional lol. I don’t know any of these ppl and neither do you. I’m just making an obvios point that the person with the most has more to lose. There’s a reason why Michael Jordan didn’t want to play one on one with Magic Johnson, he had the most to lose from that matchup. Why does Jay Z just hit ppl with subs since Nas, because he has more to lose from going into a full on battle. Use your head sometimes not your heart. It ain’t that deep.
Here after Kendrick diss to Drake… Drake & his ghost writers did not do their homework .. Kendrick gave us pt 2 in case y’all didn’t hear Push the first time.. genius 🔥🔥🔥
Listening to CLB only confirms everything Pusha said, Drake hates the idea of family and especially marriage because he doesn’t understand it and it’s why hes spent so many album crying about his love life
Cris Mike I know that. I remember when clipse dropped in 2002. Everyone was doing the grinding beat in my middle school. Last thing I really listened to was exodus then I stopped listening to rap for a while.
I see why Push went so hard. the pressure of being a 40 year old rapper in a world that thinks the genre is childish regardless of the billions it generates. Keep going Push
TELESCOPE yea I get it I just feel like Pusha didn’t do it for the reasons he’s saying he did it to push this album to push his name to these ppl who don’t remember him and know him. Pusha is soo lyrical and I feel this explanation is b.s. it’s ok to say hey I wanted to become noticeable to this young generation that’s amazed by anything
In other words, you had a perceived stereotype in your head that a Black man isn’t capable of being articulate; especially if he’s a rapper. But these white rappers, who wouldn’t have ever been given a chance if not for the Black music producers, you probably see as genius business people.
Hearing Pusha break down Drake's broken family dynamic around the 2 minute mark...goddamn 🤣🤣 No wonder Drake didn't wanna beef anymore. He didn't realize how big of a psycho he was going up against 😳😂
An oop set up to a "King Push" James poster on Jason "Drake" Terry leaving him laying, near death experience only to join the Hawks as Taurean "Drake" Prince to have his statement on blackface rejected...
MsFoxValley Smh..do they pay you to care that much? Are you a relative of theirs? Pusha and Drake's beef isn't your own but you're so invested and heated over it that you gotta make lame jokes about something you're not even a part of💯
Drake got cocky and overzealous. He goes on about being top 2 and the shit, and he really didn't have anything of substance on Pusha so he said some stupid "ring on you like V Williams" and didn't expect brutal repercussions. He should have. The fake dealer shit is tired. Pusha's manager did 32 years for being the head of a massive ring. Most of his friends are in jail. It's clear he was in that life. He is pure, totally authentic, and as much as i love drake-he's just not at the same level of authenticity. He's a very talented actor rapper entertainer etc. But this shit will only go one way
Deep! This was that 90's type rap diss...researching, strategic, and add in the lyrical genius 💥! Drake picked the wrong one...the black face image was enough to silence an army.
Hes so REAL. Hes FOR marriage, hes FOR kids 😍😍 damn we slept on Pusha. 😋 EDIT: @Your momma because idgaf what your opinion on my comment is!!! MUSTYS! i said what i said. 😤
I love this dude. Highly intelligent. Emotionally mature. Well spoken. Highly self aware. Completely different than the image portrayed in videos and such. Pleasantly compound demonstration of duality. Well done.
Pusha feels almost dangerously smart. He's got a great insight that he uses with brutal effectiveness, whether it's his rapping itself, his breakdown of the situation here, or using the blackface image on the Adidon cover. He's got his finger on the pulse of the situation.
Watching this after 4 years and the amount of stupidity in the comments is amazing, he only said Drake has a son...he making it look like he did his research, lol. The man's a fan.
Jay Random No it's the truth. You cut off a Scorpions tail they grow another one. Scorpions can also go for a while without water in the desert. They're survivors.
The way history repeats itself with Drake is crazy. You would think he would’ve learned from his mistakes. A grown man pushing 40 yet still immature. Very sad tbh.
"I really shouldn't have given you none of my time/ 'Cause you older than the n---a you runnin' behind/ Look, holla at me when you multi-million/ I told you keep playin' with my name and I'ma let it ring on you/ Like VIRGINA WILLIAMS"-Drake.... This is where Pusha cuts the head of the snake for sayin' his wife name
@@DmitriLightsey-em8ip thats why kendrick said it was easy to predict him, not because kendrick is nostradomus but because drake still hasnt changed at all
Yes!!!! And Pusha T called Drake out on his phony act, no women and children. Drake is always being a politically correct, social justice warrior, feminist snowflake pandering to females but then he talks about Pusha's fiance!
This nigga is sooo smart and technical. People don't realize what they are witnessing here. This here is compare to a boxer like Mayweather, on how he out thinks his opponent and breaks the opponent down to a point of where they can no longer compete/ give up/throw in the towel. Never really seen this type of level in hip hop before, PERIOD.
I'VE ALWAYS BEEN A PUSHA FAN SINCE THE CLIPSE DAYS WITH HIS BROTHER AND WHEN HE WENT SOLO. DRAKE LET THE W HE GOT AGAINST MEEK MILL GET TO HIS HEAD, THINKING THAT HE COULD DO THAT TO EVERYBODY AND THAT MADE ME REALIZE MORE AND MORE THAT DRAKE DOESN'T UNDERSTAND THINGS WHEN IT COME TO NOT UNDERESTIMATE AN OPPONENT IN RAP. NOT SPEAPKING ON HIS CASUAL GLAZING FANS THAT DON'T EVEN UNDERSTAND RAP NEITHER, THAT'S WHY HE'S IN THE BAD POSITION HE IS. NO AMOUNT OF MONEY, FAME, SALES CAN ERASE THE REAL ESSENCE OF HIP HOP. REAL RAP WILL ALWAYS PREVAIL.
He damn smart. This is his job and hes damn good at it. Hes what you call a professional rapper. This man would have straight A's in highschool english for his analyzing alone
Literally one of the most artistic, creative, and striking albums, and album cover, it literally doesn’t need more tracks, or need anything more. can’t believe how much I like DAYTONA, even the name itself, the luxury of time. Amazing
Hmm, this is interesting. 'Cause when I hear Drake rap it just kinda sounds like someone, trying too hard to be something they're not. Like, it just doesn't feel real to me. He has his moments, but for the most part sounds corny. So Pusha just kinda put it into perspective for me. He's saying he showed the blackface photo to show that, not only did he do blackface, but he's pretty much, in a way, doing blackface today through this rap career. SHEESH
