You can do so many at this age and I'm 35 and I can't do one.😫 Have started trying them just a few weeks ago. I hope I will be able to improve my strength soon

Be patient with yourself. Do what you can do each time with proper form. Little by little you will improve and get stronger.

thanks guys, been watching on and off since my stroke. 5 years ago. Through hard work and help from videos like yours I'm still weak but fully functional and getting stronger and stronger.

I can't thank you guy's enough 🤗 I have left shoulder impingement. I've been doing the exercises you guy's recommend and I got Dr.kirsh's book. My shoulder pain is going away and my mobility is improving every day and it's only been about a month. Thanks for taking the time to make these videos. 🙏👍

I think Brad is right. Breathing out on exertion helps to prevent pressure build up in the abdomen. Could prevent a hernia! Love your videos!

This is a great demo! Elbows pointed back not out, shoulder blades back and down, hands forward, chin down, activate glutes and abs.

Love you guys. You always reinforce my practice and what I teach as a yoga instructor. I work with a lot of seniors and these are the exact same progressions and modification options I give. Specially for home practice .

Bob and Brad, I love the wall push ups. I am a very young 75 year old woman. I have done yoga for a long time. Since I moved, 3 years ago, I have become a little lazy. I still do yoga, but I have lost some muscle tone in my biceps and Triceps. Will pushups help with biceps and triceps? Thank you

Hello bob and Brad. Getting mixed recommendations for sciatica stretches. The inflexition exercise you recommend lying on the stomach some physios are telling me this caused compression on the spine. Can you explain why it's good for sciatica because I had success with it in the past. Also you recommend not to bring knee to chest lying on back when3 physios all recommended it to me. Why is it bad for sciatica? Thanks

Surely this is way too hard for women in their sixties. Isn’t there a simpler version where you do it kneeling??? Feldenkrais wouldn’t do it this way.

You know that you don't have to reach the final form? If you feel like it just do wall ones until you die.

I started doing them from the wall, with legs closer, then legs out further as those got easier. Once those became easier, I went to pushups from my knees. I just took my time and concentrated on great form. It works.
