I feel like this is one of the reasons girlicious didn't make it that far because the ones that won were so judgmental and bullies. They bullied the one girl that could relate to so many people. Imagine what they would think of a fan that was too tall or too over weight or had bad acne? They were all so full of themselves.
I get why they did all the drama and bickering because of TV ratings/attract attention, which is fine if it was just as a TV show, but when they're actually wanting to invest in whoever wins moving forward in the music industry, that tactic is not a smart one at all in the long-term as proven with them.
Ilisa may not be my favourite but I love how humble and caring she is. I love how she tries and be everyone's friend. She's really beautiful and I would love for her to write an album and prove everyone that she can do something like that. ☺️
I can't believe Robin Antin wanted a bunch of 9 - 12 year old girls to be the key demographic for Girlicious albums. Did anyone else see the "Stupid Shit" video? I was in 10th grade when that came out and I thought it was dirty as all hell!
Right me and my friends watched that in grade 7!!! Like.. Girlicious could've been successful they really could have, but throwing sexuality all the time doesn't work
I used to be frustrated that Ilisa didn't make it, but now, knowing what I know, everything DOES happen for a reason. Ilisa is way beyond the level of the rest of those girls. It's too low for her, she's meant for something better, that's all.
Rokusan Sangen They broke apart now. Natalie and Chrystina got involved with coke and other drugs. Nicole joined another girl group, Girls United. Idk how that's doing right now.
Being a tall red-head myself, Illisa getting all that amazing feedback from the kids made me scream at how she was loved and all the girls who made it to the end of the competition flopped anyway. Ya get what ya get, ladies.
im sorry, bu i loved watching the look on the girls' faces than the audience said Ilisa was great. Looks like being different has is benifits now that they heard it from their fans ^-^
I like Ilisa she's a good dancer and a good singer she's better than some of the girls there and they need to RESPECT that, she's different and that makes her unique Team Ilisa, team Nicole, and Team Tiffanie i love them 3 girls they should have been girlicious

Rewatching this 15+ years later, I wonder how much of this "feedback" is real. It seems a little too convenient storyline-wise that Ilisa is getting such amazing comments from the kids just after she's been mocked and underestimated by the girls. Don't get me wrong, she totally deserved that feedback and it was satisfying, but... this is a reality TV show lol
Shit wtf. I used to idolize Chrystina and Natalie.. Looking back, they are such terrible bullies. What's wrong with standing out and being comfortable as the odd ball? You're not special for always fitting in.
i wish Ilisa didn't beat herself up so much earlier in this episode. you dont have to show off your boobs or wear a ton of make up to be pretty and feel accepted. shes humble and shes not arrogant like many of those girls are.
I was cheering so hard for Ilisa, I checked out some of her stuff on youtube but I was a little disappointed, she stuck to the pop where I thought she would go more earthy but I still love watching her, get 'em girl!
Totally agree!! She probably had the biggest heart out of all the girls, and even if they didn't think she 'meshed' they were kind of mean. Could see her doing something a little more down to earth as well, but definately something good :)
I'm sorry bt i think its really wrong that nicole drops her solo stuff in this program, she's completely separate from the other dolls in this program, this is where nicole domination really started and the fact that robin allowed it, i just think it shows favourtism. Mind you robin does have favourites in these shows as well, thats why sum girls never girls elimnated because she liked them regardless of wheather they did good or not
I never liked Ilisa, she was weird, gross, annoying, and I knew from the start she wouldn't be in the group. They probably wanted girls that they knew weren't going to make it in the group for being different looking and that's all she was.
