You check your drain tubes aren't clogged?

Glad you are finidng them useful!! The section that the scuttle tray lock in to is not usually responsible for leaks, at least not big ones (it is possible of course!) As mentioned by someone else here, likely a drain tube issue or sunroof drain issue. I'd travel that road first for sure.
