if you were to spray it from the bottle you would probably use at least that much anyway on a truck like that. beadmaker requires you to use alot of product for best results. and it ain't that expensive so it works out. but anyway I don't use bead maker anymore. it's alright. but there's so much more stuff out there that does the same job but better without the negatives beadmaker has. draws dust, requires lots of product. for something that's called bead maker the beads are average. also it doesn't last that long I've found. yes I know what I'm doing and I've tested it on multiple cars. it does make a good drying aid though
@@spaghetti5038 I’ve been using Bead Maker for a few years now on multiple vehicles and have never experienced the mysterious dusting that many have mentioned. Personally I don’t believe it actually exists but for whatever reason it’s become the #1 reason to knock the product. It’s simple to use, affordable and gives me great results so I’ll keep buying it.
Bearing in mind the normal way is to spray on neat and buff. Do you think that instead of pressure washing it off when you apply it this way, that instead once applied you just dry the car with a drying towel? Would it not cure better? I know that when using Maguiars ceramic wax - the blue bottle one, it tells you to do it this way when applying the first time (I feel it important to state that I absolutely hate Maguiars as a brand, but it was a freebie😂😂)
That’s probably a lot closer than people would think to the amount of product you’d use it normally on an rv or similarly large vehicle but you save a lot of extra time. It’s probably a little overkill for the whole truck but definitely easier to get the bed protected.
Jamie, Have you ever foamed it on like that and rubbed it in before you rinsed it off to see if that provides better application results? I apply a lot of my spray on sealants to customers cars this way. I don’t see any negative side effects to it
I use ArmorAll Ceramic Wash in mine. Mix it with a little water in the foam Cannon. Spray, let it sit for a min, then pressure wash off. Instant beading
Paint Sealant, it can be used for many things like drying aid, interior protectant, even glass sealant. Smells good and ease of use is very consumer friendly for everybody 👍🧼
I really hope that was the first coat and not just a retouch because damn that's a huge waste of product otherwise haha. Good thing P&S is actually a very affordable and high quality product. Good shit my guy
@Jamie The Cleaner would love to see cleanmaker foamed, lol. So diluting this much with water didn't take from the effectiveness? I heard of using as a drying aid but this is a lot of water mixture.
When you got a big vehicle this is actually pretty good way to speed up your drying time. That was probably like 5 bucks of product. Y’all whining over everything 🤣
Smh I can’t stand P&S brand and their dilutions. Bead maker literal instruction is to spray on body until it beads. P&S express, every detailer does 1:1 dilution bc it’s too weak even for a ph neutral. I’d rather buy Kochchemie for more expensive like pol star and have their 20:1 dilution. I’m not buying 30 gallons a month.
@@JamieTheCleaner I get that but that’s what I mean. So many ppl push P&S for detailing world. It’s a nuisance to me. I stick to carpro, mguires, Kochchemie. I have many other brands I keep. Just haven’t gotten to love P&S at all.
why... if this is how you use it, why not actually use more a spray & rinse products like Gyeon Wet Coat?? P&S Bead Maker is great, but this is a stupid wasteful way to use it.
@Jamie The Cleaner no way everyone else said same thing. you went overboard on application... its not illegal brother, just unnecessary. a lot of is in the comments are detailers and we know you Feinstein used way more than needed. but you're free to do that. I love the idea and application but as a business owner using products. we learn to conserve. great video man
@@stephenlouden480 and I’m telling you as a detailer and business owner if your getting 50 cars out of a bottle of bead maker your not establishing the base coat and using it wrong good luck out there 🤙🧼🇺🇸🦅
@Jamie The Cleaner I use it as a topper and drying aide for true coatings I apply first. not stand alone protection this stuff is only durable only up to 1 month in south florida heat and humidity. a base coat of many ceramic sprays last much longer. this although a great product with amazing performance and gloss isnt preferred to be used on its own it's used to add a hydrophic and gloss coat, not a long lasting durable coating. Seal n Shine is better 😆 and doesn't come off in a couple washes
