Dialog for peace with Vladolf Putler is about as successful as with Adolf Hitler. In Putler's peace plan, the 30 % of Ukrainian territory conquered are NOT negotiable including the territory Ukraine took back from Russian occupation. Ukraine's membership in NATO and in EU are NOT negotiable either. Under these condition, negotiations are meaningless, because it is already a capitulation.
