NATO is not a strong military alliance. It is a group of countries with next to inexistent militaries who are under the protection of one single country whose military spending is 10 times of all those other countries combined.

That's like saying Russia lost the Nagorno-Karabakh war because they were backing Armenia. Russia weren't directly involved then and NATO aren't directly involved in this war. Further, Ukrainian forces are occupying Russian territory and oil and ammo depots inside Russia often blow up. Not sure how Ukraine is regarded as losing.
Is NATO actually fighting in the war? I know Russia has stated that it is in a fight with NATO - for willing fools to swallow - but Russia is up against only Ukraine on the battlefields.
Another joke that people fail to understand is NATO was made for one thing and one thing only, to crush the USSR/Russia if it got out of line. NATO is now smelling blood in the water since Russia has depleted half of it's soviet stocks in a 2+ year war with Ukraine and has revealed how weak it really is.

Yes nato is the strongest military alliance as of now but it has been watching russia holding it for 800+ days single handedly.. Afghanistan was always an unwinnable war at least to hold the country. The US should of got in and out of there once it destroyed the terrorists and then Osama Bin Laden. We had no business staying although we did make life better for Afghanistan woman who had more rights when NATO was there.
