Rupee can only become stronger if you grow the Indian Middle Class. You need to raise wages so that Indian families can spend more money inside of India. That is what is missing right now.

It doesn't matter. The reason why the Chinese economy is going down is because they don't have internal demand because to many Chinese cannot afford what they manufacture for west. The same is for India. So you need to raise wages and so that there is more internal consumption. No consumption there will no demand. No demand you have no economy.
