Yes but do you know what that means? Means that they would have to give up all the territories where Russia organized referendum which is much more territory than what Russia now is holding in Donbas Kherson and Zaporozhie, , plus they(ukrainian side) would be forced to admit war crimes and Zelensky and other commanders to be trialed, its not just Ukraine to stay neutral and keep everything except Crimea. They had their chance on 2022 but blew up for hipnozis of fighting for the freedom and independence. At this moment peace would go to ukrainian favor tho even with those loses because they are going just worse and worse losing more territories and more people and the most crucial is Odessa, with Odessa in Nato hands(and for now still is) they can still be a threat for russian domination in the Black sea, while on the other hand Russia would block Ukraine from accessing sea and thus making it less dangerous for Russia in the future . So Odessa is the red line especially for America and England who know very well how important naval ports are . Lets not fool ourselves , the west doesnt respect any deal that doesnt go to their favor so even if they agree for Ukraine not to join Nato they would continue weaponizing it and making ukrainians hate russians from school teachings to media, and waiting for the right moment in future to attack again all those lost regions. They did that with Minsks agreements, will do again.
