I replied, "Don't worry, let's go to sleep. Besides, sleeping with a knife is none of your business and that's my freedom." My wife said to me: "You're crazy! How can I sleep when you're lying next to me with a knife? What if you accidentally cut me?" I answered: "Well, you don't even trust your own husband, how can you expect Russia to trust Ukraine?" Sleeping with a knife is like Ukraine joining NATO." Its impossible to defeat Russia.
Correct, in my country most people believe every news aired by CNN and BBC back in the 1990-2000, but since the NATO start the war with Iraq, Yugoslavia, Libya, Syria, & Russia nobody in my country believe in western media anymore.

I know a Russian wouldn't understand want national constitutions are used for, but in real countries with laws and rules, when a constitution mandates rules on elections and term limits, we have to abide by them. The Ukrainian constitution says that elections will be suspended during times of war and martial law (for obvious reasons). Their drunken, belligerent neighbor stumbling across the border like a 13th century Mongolian Horde is no exception to this rule. In Moscovy, the constitution laid out term limits for the office of president. How many terms was that again? What term number is Putin on now? Jeez, it's hard to remember the minutia of the political corruption of a backwards, undead empire like Russia.

Syrian president Bashar Al Assad has managed to host 2 elections and won both with over 90% approval ratings. And he managed to do all of that in a proper suit and tie. So we can all agree your statement is as BS as everything that comes outta Ukraine and verkhovna rada

As a non-Russian in NATO. You know they need to evoke Russian fear mongering to swell the pockets of the military industrial complex, they can’t spend trillions and have bases all over the world without a big threat, being the world police, Russia is gonna invade all of Europe China is gonna invade Taiwan. It’s part corruption part politicians goading over being a superpower and ‘in charge’, not that the citizens don’t love the idea of being the biggest and baddest but in their hearts know money can be spent better elsewhere. With huge homeless crisis that’s world news, like most of us now we’re serfs though. Now that I don’t care about Ukraine, but I can’t justify the war effort when a ceasefire had been offered where Ukraine is still an independent country, but Russia gains enough where they didn’t lose how many hundreds of thousands for nothing. They want a long dragged out all or nothing war…

Thats why the US primarily spent billions transferring weapons and their delivery systems from Kazakhstan, Belarus and Ukraine(Russia claimed they didn't have the funds). They were concerned that those nations could be used by Russia to use nukes as proxies. Which is what Russia is trying To do right now with Belarus by giving them tactical nukes.
