Putin stressed the need of supplying 'all necessary weapons' as he inspects arm factory 

Russian President Vladimir Putin Friday inspected an arms factory in Tula which manufactures components for air defence and anti-tank systems. Later at a meeting with defence industry executives, Putin emphasised the need to provide the country's troops with needed weapons.
