KBD kits look like a body kit you'd order out of the back of Super Street when you were too poor for anything brand name. I'd never have guessed this style would be the one that would last, but I suppose it's better than those 'Shogun' or 'Vader' kits, lol.

The plastic fasteners at the top and bottom of the bumper are two different lengths. The bottom ones are shorter. Are you sure you didn’t mix them up? It would explain them being to short. Kit looks nice.
Word of advice to make your life simple. You should have pre-installed the Rear bumper lined it up and pre-drill the holes in the Rear bumper to the holes that's already on the car.
The front bumper looks better without the oem bracket, I just did mine last night and let me tell you, it has a gap between the hood and bumper bc of the bracket, Im gonna zip tie it now.
whatever you do dont put the jack stands on the pinch welds. Speaking from experience youll hate yourself in the future instead put the jack stands on the frame
I saw near the end of the video the middle of your bumper is sagging in, to prevent that the oem bumper had a bar on it! Take that off and attach it to the body kit one it’ll fix that!
