Okay Link, I didn't even _feel_ the snap of the air fryer handle, but just seeing it and hearing your description of it satisfied me. Not over-engineering, not a necessary feature, but right in the middle where it's appreciated by folk like us.
Oh, a salad spinner is actually really convenient. I dry boiled pasta, boiled shrimp, washed fruits, washed vegetables, etc. Basically any ingredient I need to quick dry and is durable enough to survive the spinning.

I use a salad spinner constantly!! If you buy unwashed lettuce, you gotta spin it a bunch. It can have a bunch of sand/grit in it that takes several washes and spins to get through.
