Caster wheels are $1.50 at Home Depot, cutting board $10 Walmart 16 screws .30 cents, same result...

Did you buy new feet or reuse the ones that came with your Mac Pro?

I believe those feet were from his MacPro. Hence why he bought the OWC add-on wheels and later the actual Apple Mac Pro Wheels

Please tell me these wheels can lock?! That's a basic requirement. You unlock the wheels to move the PC around and then lock so it stays put.
