This is a great video. Everything is well explained, even when getting into complicated suspension geometry. Such a beautiful project as well. You should be very proud, most (primarily) single man projects never get this far haha.
Dropped our '80 Kawasaki off at yalls shop today. Your Dad told us about your channel so we've subbed to support and follow along on your journey. Beautiful car. Looking forward to seeing more. Cheers!
Excellent work brother a lot of people don't realize how much time and work it takes to modify everything like that. 💪 I'm currently working on my Vortech YSi build everything has snowballed on mine. Hopefully your ProCharger setup goes smoothly.
Thank you so much man!! Best of luck with your build, I know how things can snowball like that haha. Procharger should be getting mounted this weekend hopefully 🙏🏻
Haha thanks for correcting me😂 appreciate that man I’m hoping to hit slugfest yet again this year. However, this time I’m going to make double the hp 👀
Why did you not just switch the spindle from side to side meaning out pass side on driver side that would have moved the steering arm to the opposite side so you wouldn’t have had to cut them and reeled them? Just curious if that was or wasn’t a option. Car is coming out nicely!!!
So I tried that and found that the strut mount on the spindle is already laid back for caster. This meant with it on the other side the ball joint would max out at 10 degrees of caster. Those spindles can only go on one way. Appreciate the comment man!! 🙏🏻
@@HobbularBuild the cage then chassis that can handle all the HP/Torque you can throw at it, once you the Pro charged motor, You'll want more..... It's an addiction lol
@@davidblain2714 haha yessir the cage is getting updates as well as a frame rail addition. I will have it up to par on all the chassis requirements. Should take the power very well 💪🏻
I know man!! It’s pretty crazy to see 4 second passes on very bad surfaces. The technology is getting better with traction control so I’m not surprised. Appreciate you watching my video man!! 🙏🏻
I tried that and the spindle is actually angled backward where the strut attaches. This made the ball joint max out when I would get on 10 degrees of camber. Had to be done the stock way
