Watching these old clips only reminded me of how stupid I was for my ex husband. Even with all the struggles and misery I’ve had after leaving and getting a divorce, I wouldn’t want to relive that stupidity ever in life to say I “saved” a marriage he obviously didn’t care about. He did the same things as Kirk and the truth is they do it bcuz they never think you’ll be strong enough to leave. I’m all for marriage and if Rasheeda wants to keep hers more power to her. The reality is the lesson they should learn from a mistake as terrible as this is usually lost in them blaming their wives for their own lack of character, love, and discipline. I would NEVER ride for anybody that hard again. It’s not worth it bcuz even after I stayed and tried to work it out I realized the respect I had for him was built on false pretenses and was gone, so I really couldn’t stay.
