Puys - The Royal Regiment of Canada and the Black Watch 

The monument at Puys pays homage to the Royal Regiment of Canada that landed there on the morning of August 19, 1942. This landing was one of four simultaneous flank attacks that were to take place half an hour later by the main attack on the town of Dieppe itself.
