I purchased a PVC Clam Gun and tried to modify it so it would have a vacuum relief tube like the more expensive ones. I then tested it while digging for Pacific Razor Clams at Ocean Shores Beach in Washington State USA. My modification did work a little bit however I believe the tubing was too small of a diameter to be truly effective at relieving all the vaccum. The duct tape was a lot more temporary than I was hoping.
As a side note this is my third video and was recorded on a Garmin Virb Elite action camera without an external audio source.
