1.preheating furnace
Making the welded wire mesh into the preheating furnace warming.Adjust the temperature to 300-480 Degree as the wire diameter .Then it will be keep the temperature automatically.
2.Powder barrel
Using the blowers and cage to make the pvc powder to the preheating welded wire mesh (Marks: The PVC thickness depends on the speed ).
3. Plasticizing furnace
Next step is the Plasticizing furnace .Making the PVC powder plastify and smooth .The temperature will automatically adjust during 300-500 Degree .The exit of Cavitation furnace, two sides will install the chimney to emit waste gas.
4. Cooling .Using the water channel,shower pipe and water pump pipes to make the welded wire mesh cooling .
5. Making the welded wire mesh flattening and smooth.Then entering the Moodel of speed Regulation coiling machine ,coiling tight ,then taking down.

6) Heating time: 30 to 60 minutes.
7) To use power for 60% of the total power.
8) Production capacity: 1000 m/h.
