PvP - Animation vs. Minecraft Shorts Ep. 7 

Most people have noticed that the different characters have different strengths, Red being best with mobs and animals, Yellow being a redstone and tech genius, Blue is great at magic and potions, and also farming, and Green being the musical talent and the most skilled builder. But I think it's even more noteworthy that their personalities extend beyond their practical abilities. Yellow and Green are more on the aggressive side. Green confronted Orange over the building thing and Yellow leaped to Orange's defense to fight Green after the first blow was struck. Blue tried to convince Green to just let it be and walk away, and when the fighting did start, he was hesitant to battle Yellow and preferred to dodge or evade. After Green's "death" Blue is the most stricken, sitting down and crying while Yellow tries to console him. Red looks listless and numb, sitting on the edge of the building and swinging his legs back and forth.

You know, its already impressive to show characters emotions without dialogue, but whats even MORE impressive is doing it with stickfigures without faces

They could have made a really cool multi-base if they had worked together instead of fighting.

I’ve been binging this AVM series and I love how the entire group simultaneously hates and loves each other. Like they’re super wholesome and cooperative half of the time, the other half is fighting to the death.

Anyone else notice how Blue mostly tried to dodge and stay on the defense when Yellow attacked them? Love all of these guys, they're amazing

You know it's crazy how much emotion is packed into this series, even when the characters can't speak or make facial expressions. That is truly impressive.

I can't shut up about how much I love these dorks- The details about Red focusing on mobs as a whole (building golems and whatnot), as well as mostly starting our impartial, and seemingly disassociating after Green's presumed death (perhaps because they've had experience with nearly killing their friends) is a neat touch. Blue collapsing and just breaking into crying, while Yellow just tries to fomfort them and only lets a bit of emotion slip during the funeral, AND ALSO THE GREEN SLIME BALL TO REPRESENT GREEN- Even when this series goes for a quick fakeout death, it continues throwing in comedy bits. It's so good.

Its so cool how greens spawn Point was in the original animation he was in

Gotta give props to orange and yellow they were getting 3v2 but still fought

2:19 I love how at first the snowbals are a minor amnoyance, but when more golems come, theyre spazzing out on the wall

Tbh, Alan needs a wide screen or two 4K monitors, so they can build with no problem at all.

I like the small detail where 4:16 you can see that they connected the buildings together.

I love how in the minute 1:47 Blue is not wanting to fight with yellow and is dodging. While orange and green are k!lling each other.

They used fermented spider eyes to create invisibility potions instead of weakness potions, and they had over 16 ender pearls in one stack. These stick figures are wizards.

Aww, man, the details! They all have personalities. Like blue and red are more-less passive and stay back to fight. I love it.

I love how these stickmens are so creative that they have to build an whole entire mansion

After re watching the entire series a few times, i realized that each colour has their own special abilities. Blue is really good at farming and potions, red is really good with animals, green is really good with music and building, yellow is good with redstone and command blocks, and orange is like an all rounder who is decent at all of them. Did anyone else notice this?

I’m looking back at this now, and I want to say that they could’ve just used File Explorer for extra space.

after watching emesis blue, seeing respawns used as a plot point in animations instantly saps all the innocence out of them.

I love how great the animation is because you can tell exactly what the stick figures are thinking purely from their body language, also red is my favourite character.

I love how they each immediately used parts of Minecraft mechanics that they've previously shown a liking to/skill with, when the combat started. Red immediately spawned mobs, as he always does, Yellow pulled out the redstone, Blue got brewin and both Green (the color of Ender) and The Chosen One, Orange, showed skill with the superpowers of Ender Teleportation. Very cool way to include personality in choreography.

They really have a slime ball to make it as Green's face _thats free real estate_ Good job intelligence👏👏👏
