Tiye is neither Tie nor Teeyay… it’s Tea. Named after the famous queen Tiye, wife of Amenhotep III. Just listen to some Egyptian Historians like Dominic Perry etc pronounce her name. They say Tea. There actually a RU-vid video about how to pronounce her name
I think you should add a EX++ Tier for those units like gaius who are super strong but not necessarily game breaking that probably requires no fixes. And then add a tier above that called "Broken (Needs fixing)" where units like that lamia, tevor etc can fit in. This way players get a clear idea of whose who and what unit could have a possibility of being fixed in the future. Cause right now the tier list is really blurring the lines.
@@AeonBlitz oh damm, maybe try it again when they readjust tevor. Throw nuxi or some broken esper in the "needs fixing" tier. this way alot of people having tevor will understand since they aint gonan leave nuxi around after their cat got fixed.
Firstly, great list, agree w most things but I think JJ should definitely be lower. He's so easily counterable and just gets shut down. Secondly, Hyde's biggest strength imo is the uncertainty and fear he brings. Even if he doesn't get full stacks and doesn't get going, 1 lucky Avatara can ruin your opponent's game plan. I've won a lot of games w my Hyde still at 25-30 stacks but him hitting a crit on a counter took out their Sander/Lewis leading to a surrender. Third and last, Ginny is a pain unless you get Leora or Gaius in your draft. She just out-heals and out-damages everything gahdamn
I only have JJ the S rank because he counters the cleave meta that is coming, he won't be killed and then he might kill 1 or 2 with Astralis to make a comeback. Ginny is just so good and Panacea is a great set for a forceban Ginny last pick in RTA to counter those pesky cleavers!
I've seen a quad cc team comp in PvP :D Sienna, Medusa, Triki, Tiye, and Thanatos. If Sienna lands the AP erase on any esper, that esper is surely dead because Medusa will convert that into Petrification, and Thanatos will blow them up. Only a really fast and strong JYY can counter this, as Sienna's AI will always cast 2nd skill first, allowing JYY to return everything straight to her face :D But, because Triki is there, JYY will get blown up super quickly if not really really strong.
What do you think Aeon. When fellow Raven user think its a nerf . She doesn't have Buff Blocker for Sunset S2 like she used to gaining more DPS by sacrificing a debuff status of buff blocker. Is it worth the reworked.
Definitely. She is a DPS machine for Cleave now and she scales off SPD, her damage sky rockets while being very fast which is what she needed. The main problem with Raven is that or we built her very fast and she did no damage or she would be built like a DPS but she would be too slow to fit in a cleave/Control team. I think the buffs were just right ;)
@@gerhet7193 I have been playing with him a lot and believe me, R2 Tang Xuan is so unpredictable and with the right team I've seen him deal a lot of damage just with his pursuits xD
I think JJ Demon mode should not be effected by other units abilities like CD up. It never made sense to me that non-lego (Pritz) or Inferno Lego's like Elliot can CD Up and invalidate a 5* Shimmer. Wouldn't even be that broken tbh since there's ways to remove his standoff easily.
Lucas is a free unit. They’re not gonna make him on par with units you have to pull. That’s why they nerfed Li Ling and Took Gabby out of Fusion. They were too good to be so easily accessible. I think Lucas is just fine being a Budget Tiye
I don't think that just because an Esper it's free it has to be worst, and let me add, way worse, than a non free unit. Lucas wasn't a fusion before. Lucas had his own identity and now Tiye striped it away being the much superior pick on top of having a 25% lead. Tiye didn't need all of the buffs she got, she was a Solid unit, just needed. 1 or 2 buffs, not 5 😅
@@cunt5575No Lucas was always free. You got his first copy from tower. And I didn’t say he was bad. Aeon didn’t say he was bad either. I said because he was free, like most gacha games tend to do, he’s subject to be less premium that units you had to pull for. But that doesn’t mean he’s bad. I definitely can’t hold a candle to Aeon’s Lucas. It’s built well and very suppressive. Before this balance patch ppl were complaining about how Tiye was worse than Lucas because she had activation chances where his were 100%. And my Point about Gabby is very accurate. She is no longer free and that is because she was too good to be so easily accessible. I was just saying that i personally don’t think it’s a big deal that’s he’s been relegated to the role of “budget Tiye.” And simply because they buffed a unit (THAT PPL WERE COMPARING WITH HIM saying that she isn’t as good) to be better than him doesn’t mean he now needs a buff. buffing him could start a power creep snowball that people would hate
@@AeonBlitz Actually Lucas was always free. His first copy was from Tower. He was locked on the gacha before completing it. And while I do agree that Tiye Usurped his throne… to be fair, in the past you did compare the two saying that Lucas was better than her because of his strip and 100% activation rates… so they gave her a strip and 100% activation rates… if that was ALL she got in this buff, she still would have dethroned him. Other ppl complained about how Yamato (using the fact that he was a free unit in their argument) had the same skill set on his S2 as her S3 but better because he also buff blocks and she had nothing. So they added something else. These buffs are the results of cumulative complaints about Tiye not being as good as X or Y unit. I don’t think the mindset of “Tiye now being good mean Lucas is bad” is the right one to have. Lucas didn’t change. He’ll still be the same Lucas he was come next Tuesday as he is today. And just like how last month you thought his kit was fine, you should still think his kit is fine. I personally thought she was fine but I’m not complaining about these buffs either. She was always my speed lead in everything.
@@raphaelasholder Lucas was free yes, but Lucas was also nerfed, 2x times... The main point about Lucas and Tiye is that now, Tiye not only Powercrept Lucas, he is the worst striper in the game. He still had a decent niche being Inferno and with the Highest SPD of all the stripers, but now he doesn't, only maybe being Inferno and that's it. Lucas was already a rarely used esper, most say Lucas is bad actually, and now he will not be used at all when Raven ,Nuxi, Tiye are running around, heck even R6 Elliot surpassed him. Their S2 were very different before the buff, tiye had 60% he had 85% so his chance was higher but she had the slow but he gained AP per stun, it all was balanced out in the end. Similar but different skills...Now Tiyes S2 is pretty much a S3, Long Mians S3 is worse than her S2... It's not that Lucas is bad, it's just that Tiye is very, very good and in terms, makes him bad because there's no real point in picking Lucas in most cases, if you can just pick Tiye which is the superior version AND has a SPD leader which is a whole different ball game. Just her having the SPD leader releases 1 slot in RTA which is massive. Lucas wasn't used before, and now he will never be used xD
