I have a very bad experience 2 years back when PVR acquired sathyam. I was in palazzo Imax with my friend. I bought 2 tickets for Nope movie. In interval I went to get snacks. I tried to order veg puff. They were asking only cash since gpay card and any kind of online payment was not working. So what I did was said I Don't have cash and left the counter and went to movie for 2nd half. 10 mins later that counter guy came ans asked sir where is that veg puff. You took that and came without paying nu accused. En vaalkaye veruthuten. Naan edukala nu soliten angaye vechutu vanthutane nu sonnen. But movie paathutu irukurapo oru customer kitta ipdi vanthu kepanga nu nenachu kooda pakala

Bro! Valid points! Especially Ads before movie. This happens even in Canada, USA where most jobs are paid hourly! They steal our time. So I usually go 15 mins late. I'm a father of a first grade boy who comes from a vigorous corporal punishment era. The humiliation, pain, agony we as a generation faced is so much. I'm feeling really relieved now as my child attends school happily. But as a parent my responsibility increased drastically as when compared to my parents. I have to be extra careful in his day to day schooling, his behavior. I'm training him about responsibility and consequence. Most importantly the respect towards elders. I'm aware that his environment is so easy going and liberal that he could get spoiled easily that i try my best that he won't. But sad part is I don't know how many of the parents share this view. Absence of corporal punishment should not pay a path to adverse behavior. But as a father, I'm really happy that corporal punishment is finally not followed in nowadays schools.

PVR spoiled the movie watching experience and culture. Too much of Ads before the movie and we really feel like please start the movie since even 5-10 minutes of audience time is getting wasted. Snacks Price has gone up too high and also the Snacks price overall is more than the ticket price especially in these theatres. Audiences aren't able to take the clear call related to bring kids to A rated movies because either they aren't aware or they have to bring them along since no one to look after them when parents want to watch a movie. Film Festivals are conducted to bring back old good movies to screen,but now in parallel to that movie re-release is happening for many movies in south states. ghilli had a superb run on its re-release especially people who missed to see it that time in theatres coming to watch it and also this generation vibing for the same movie.

PVR take minimum 20 minutes to start the show this has been usual rituals for ages, lets leave the our time aside, if i choose to watch watch a 2.20 minute film, i had to spend extra 20 minutes on ads and 10 to 15 minutes for interval which leads pay extra 1 hour parking fee. Why should i pay 30 to 50rs just so pvr earn money on ads. I started going pvr only if am late to cinema and getting tickets at the last moment. Adhuvum andha skywalk pvr ku solid ah 15 minutes late poven still ads would be playing.
