Hands down, this is my favorite track off of the new album. The meaning and lyrics of the song speak to me in volumes. Not to mention the incorporation of the the chorus of “What’s Wrong,” with this track goes so well.

For the new fans that don't know how to pronounce the band's name, it is "PARIS". It is much like how people pronounce Paris, France 🇫🇷. They wanted it to be PARIS but someone owned the word already so they flipped the "A", making it PVRIS.

cats&coffee3698 One day Lynn was in class and they were learning about something to do with Paris and one of friends passed a note and she flipped it and it said Paris. Everyone loved it so it stuck.

I swear half the views of this vid are mine. Have to admit at first I didn't like the last songs of the album but in time they became my faves and this one specially hits hard on my chest. Thanks Lynn for opening yourself up enterely and creating this incredible piece of art, the album clearly comes from the dephs of you and exposing yourself in a vulnerable way is not easy.

Nola is a very common acronym for New Orleans Louisiana, and the cicada noises in the beginning are certainly what New Orleans nature sounds like, so I think it may have something to do with New Orleans. But the 1? no idea.
