After seeing that beauty BGS 9 Iverson Chrome Refractor, that’s not hulking, I would rather that card, than a Hulking PSA 10, and that goes for Jordans/Kobe as well.. I have no skin in the game as you like to say, but when I do, Id rather buy the 9 BGS over a Hulking PSA 10 version.. I know there’s nothing anyone can do to prevent it to the best of your knowledge.. but like a fading Michael Jordan autograph that was sitting on the mantle the last 20 years soaking up sun is worth less than a similar example that was shielded from uv rays. The blue ink that still pops looks nicer, worth more.. I think the Hulking should degrade value, and eventually will one day.. I collect Marvel cards, there was a chrome set in the 90’s, and the characters green on them as well, but we marvel card collectors pay significantly less if anything at all, even for 10’s, if “Venom”, or “Spider-Man” is hulking.. the only one that might get a pass is quite literally hulk lol, because ya, he’s already green 😅.. i know you ballers that have green boys are proud and should be, but id take a 9 over a psa 10 hulk any day, even if they cost the same and I could afford one.. So when you retire, and want to sell your collection, know that me, the one that might wanna buy it, will put more value in the one that’s not hulking.. so know the next generation will not put more value on the green one just because Nat has green ones..

@@cajuncardboard Yea and eh im not trying to offend anybody, I love the channel and have seen all the hierarchy episodes and cross country.. I love the show and think you’re not only extremely knowledgeable, but entertaining as well.. Im just bringing up a point, from someone who has no skin in the game, but if I could afford these treasures, I’d want ones that aren’t greening, and wouldn’t even go after versions that are, since there’s no nostalgic attachment to the card, I’d just want a mint version if any.. I think moving forward. Also, do you know if PSA will ever grade a greening copy a 10? I get it if it goes green after, but if it’s green, I personally don’t feel it deserves a 10.. unless it said on the original packaging.. “ Look for special color changing cards!” 😎..
