One very important thing to note is that each oscillator starts to overdrive by turning its level knob beyond halfway. So you can attain totally different sounds with differing volumes of the oscillators themselves. Also, this affects how the awesome resonance and drive parameters behave. 😁 ♥ 🎶 🎹
Patch saving is pretty much a must -have, to me at least and I'm sure to most ppl I would think. They could have easily included that feature, without violating any most holy analog esoterics. This looks to be a great piece of kit, and the dev seem to be sufficiently future-minded and even somewhat iconoclastic, since this seems to be designed in unorthodox ways, and such (I'm not a synth/electronics expert by any stretch, so the deep stuff of that sort I'll leave alone. I have a peripheral loose grasp of what an oscillator is and what a filter is), but omitting the ability to save patches is laughable.
I dunno, everything i've ever used minus a volca or two can save patches. I would be interested to know what life is like and what my synth skills would be affected by a workflow that constantly had me making sounds from scratch. This is the kind of synth i'd be exploring that area with anyways.
