I have the V10 and I use it almost exclusively for ATS. I also bought a shifter so I could take advantage of the Eaton-Fuller 18 speed. What a difference for the immersion!! The wheel is very good. The steering feels like gravel if you put the feedback too high. I got mine down to 40 and it feels quite nice. Pedals are fine and the shifter works good. Now with the adapter on the shifter, it feels even more smooth. I really like the V10. It was a solid purchase
@@dinvarrfor ets2 and ats honestly even the pxn v9 can work decently well. I have the g29 and love it and I'm sure the v10 will also be good but the only downside I see is the shape.
I have a v9, and the shifter wiggle room in the gears (idk what its called) comes in version quickly, i now have a g920 and the shifter works just fine.
Just bought the PXN V10 driving set and it looks great. Bought it for driving Truck Simulators America Truck Simulator and Euro Truck Sim 2. A great addon would be a seperately purchaseble bigger truck steering wheel. .
@@ATribeCalledCars thanks dude, I just don't know how much play you get with the paddles, so don't want to get a steering wheel to find it's full throttle or no throttle. 🤣
im 12 and been wanting a steering wheel that kind of cheap and good but i think i now know what my mind is set on thanks im really late to this video😅😅😅😅
Never tried a V9. Was temped by a v10 when my belt went on my g29. But on the used market things like the t300rs are only 180 pound. And they blow all these cheapo wheels out the water. I know youre taking a chance on preowned but its worth it on reputable sites like cex that will take returns. Just another option to look at instead of people jumping into these lower tier wheels.
Has anyone spotted the PXN V-12cw? It’s a direct drive combo unit and I held it in my hands today. It’s amazing in person but I see nothing out there talking about it though.
It appears to be everything we look for in this price range @$899 US. It’s a larger wheel, seamless config with fine black leather and stitched in red accents, with magnetic carbon quad shifters. Aluminum ball bearing retractable housing for the wheel. I Purchased it today Cause I just couldn’t put it down but I’m concerned it’s not PS5 compatible. It does say PS4 and X Box SX.
@@ATribeCalledCars yeah btw is not the brake I just tested it, it's the clutch having 50% activation by default in AC. The wizard will fix it tho' as it tells you to kick the clutch to get the 0 and 100 range again
I just bought the V10 for 140 ukp in Thailand - did I get myself a bargain? And a handful of racing games on the Steam sale, Dirt 2, BeamMG and Assetto Corsa has got me all excited to try them out
Ya see FFB isn't really a must for me. If I wanna experience something like that I'd just go hop in my irl car xDDDD I have a FFB wheel, but I always tend to turn it off in games.
I'm considering to buy the V10 for my PS4 and series X. Does the V10 works with these games on series X? - Forza Horizon 4 - Forza Motorsport 7 - Project Cars 2 - Mudrunner Thanks.
@@ATribeCalledCars yeah maybe. But in my opinion I feel like there's no reason to put them against each other as the v10 is obviously better due to ffb and built alot better I just feel like it's unfair putting a 180 dollar wheel up to a 250
Not enough to affect my integrity! The value is decent for both, depending on your location and time of year. The G923/G29 have weaker torque than the V10, if I recall correctly, and inferior pedals and no gearstick. Pros and cons.
Grid Legends. It's pretty arcadey but has some realistic handling quirks and there are many cool vehicle types to try. The story element adds something different too.
Considering you get the pedals and shifter, it's pretty decent. But if there is a G27/29 or Thrustmaster equivalent it might be worth going for that. A lot of it depends on regional pricing and time of year, annoyingly.
I think I used the default and stuck to cars that aren't too drifty. The V9 is not so suited to cars that require high levels of precision. At least, that's how I found it.
If you have already g29 keep what you have, and wait for better upgrade sure. But if people need to choose to one and the other better choose V10, more torque, more solid ffb feeling, good quality/price/ecosystem
My experience is, i would´t recommend Pxn V9 . I lost acceleration Power , i have just 50- 60 % (full pressing the Pedal down) after 2 Weeks playing witth it ,and i have to open it, and press the circuit board down to get full Accelsion again. Later it didn´t helps and playing Ets2 and ATS was impossible.
